The IRB doesn't suspend and terminate when the trial ends. It becomes "Complete".

I think it clearly shows that it did not meet its endpoints. I highly doubt there was any safety factor. Just not meeting endpoints, and better to save money on post-trial analysis by terminating.

I agree. The IRB didn't say it was terminated for "futility" as they did with STRENGTH.
