First if you have profit from another stock You can sell another stock at a loss to cove the gains so there no tax’s to pay Also do you know now wash sales work ?

Are you aware whether $VXIT has ANY current operational business?

Are there any products for sale?

If so, what revenues are those products producing?

Is debt being paid down?
