Your right in part but we are not talking about $5 - 10 stock
These are high risk penny stock
And we are talking about .0006 here
$600 per million shares

So you put up 3000 to buy 5 million shares
And maybe you loss it all or maybe over time you sell it for .006 and have 10 x your money !!
That could take years or never happen!!!

If you can not risk the $3000 do not buy these stock!!!
