First if you have profit from another stock
You can sell another stock at a loss to cove the gains so there no tax’s to pay

Also do you know now wash sales work ?

As to Vxit I think the ceo is trying but he likely is having a hard time putting money together with interest rates this high money is not easy to get with rates this high!!
This was caused by the pandemic not the government or who the president is !!

I do not believe this is a scam
