May be we should focus on Sandra Thompson. FHFA is responsible for the GSEs. But, she does not see that releasing the GSEs from C-ship is her responsibility. She keeps saying that the Congress is responsible for the future of GSEs. The GSEs have become some charity entities. That's very bad.
