How much are those preferred shares worth? If they were in payment for all the Sumcoins, that would indicate their value, correct?

Take into consideration the market value for BMCS is just over $2M. And that's WITH a supposed asset worth $70M. Doesn't add up, does it?

Unless one considers that the market value for BMCS was the same as it is now before obtaining the Sumcoins. Which gives them zero value.
