So back to the super responder topic: what in your opinion is the MOA for disease reversal? Regeneration of neurons? Facilitating connections between remaining neurons? If A 2-73 completely stopped Alzheimer's progression for 18 months, then one would expect some percentage of patients to score higher than baseline on cognitive assessment due to statistical chance, somewhere below 50% as some would assess as "identical". However this would not be a true reversal of disease.

The above is in regards to this oft repeated statement: "Expect 76 or more super responder from the Anavex Phase 2b/3 early Alzheimer’s trial. Remember a super responder actually improves over time better than when they started taking Blarcamesine. For super responders blarcamesine doesn’t just slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease it actually reverses the disease."
