Its the other way around. Linda failed to bury Kramer and in the process she got DBMM suspended from trading.

Kramer held his end of the bargain and loaned her money twice. Linda on the other hand thought she didnt need to repay Kramer and stopped filing with the SEC so Kramer could not convert his shares. This ended up getting Linda and her scam ticker DBMM suspended from trading.
