Exactly. That is one reason they tried to create a complaint in the UK recently. These nefarious interests never give up. It’s a professional endeavor clearly. It’s a job.

No one does all of this for years on end just for kicks, but then never disclosing the basis of their ongoing interest. That secrecy is also a huge part of that game.

It’s why the regulators like to see such disclosures. Knowing that an opinion comes with a potential pecuniary bias is not everything, but when people act beyond the norm, or seem to say things without a basis of exaggerate, one can account for those tendencies. The inability to evaluate that is one of the problems with the perma-bears. They insist that their view is objective, but there is no way to evaluate those claims and the persistence and irrationality combined with the total disregard for basic facts suggests otherwise.

DCVax-L advertising, marketing and promotions will only happen after regulatory approvals. Most NWBO longs understand that it is in the best long-term interest of solid tumor cancer patients, and NWBio investors, for NWBio not to promote DCVax-L until after it is approved.

However premarketing campaigns are 100% legal. You can absolutely begin marketing prior to approval.

Remember we saw this when NWBO distributed tote bags at ASCO that said “DCVax” on them………babahahahaha. I can’t believe so many people bought into that, where is MID?

But seriously premarketing campaigns within 90 days of an expected approval are absolutely legal. I guess NWBO doesn’t think they are within 90 days of approval. Which is odd considering you told me over a month ago that NWBO was definitely within 90 days of approval in EU, Canada, US, and Germany.

They don't need to advertise the drug but there is no harm in promoting the company and its efforts. Any argument to this is BS, so lets keep this real. Other companies release information about their up and coming treatments before approval so I don't even buy that argument that this is detrimental to our approval. Lets be straight with no fluffing the company is absolutely atrocious when it comes to investor relations and awareness. One gets a feeling something sinister is about because of it but to what means. I stand by that professional mgmt needs to be put in place at this stage of the game whether through partnering or other means, current mgmt has reached their limit of effectiveness.
