It wasn't for me, but I also believe that there are at least a few companies that specialize in doing this, NWBO is probably suggesting one or more of them for preparing prior to surgery. I believe that many hospitals already have the equipment and know how to do it properly, but if they don't there are companies that can provide the services. I'm not sure if CRL isn't one of them already.
