Have you really and honestly read those financial statements of this company over the years. I understand that many are not accomplished at deciphering all detailed financial data, but one must understand the simplicity of the basics of business: that you need to make more money (sales) than you spend (expenses) to stay alive. And you have to own more (assets) than you owe (liabilities). And this company is failing at both --- very seriously for YEARS!
