They rounded off to the ....well they can't round off to the 7th digit like they attempted, that would have been 19M. Just shows just how hard they always try to fool shareholders. And for what? The subject was further dilution, that is countered by an argument that the dilution happened but was less? LMAO at the POS company.
Maybe they all just have less than 10 fingers?
