rockie - From my understanding, Charles, Chandra, Kristin are all moving to the new company, along with what seems to be all of ENZC's IP. Are we (ENZC commons) moving to the new company with the same amount of shares that we own in ENZC? Or have we held for 3+ years through a nonstop bloodbath for the equivalent of a RS?

I'm not saying that's what's going to happen, but the fact they intentionally omit what happens with ENZC/us, does not give me comfort. I hope to God that I am wrong!

Because the deal could be good for all of the insiders and the company and at the same time not be good long term for us current common shareholders. Obviously the dividend is a good thing for us short term, but if this deal kills ENZC’s long term potential, then a lot of us lose out on millions had ENZC rand to dollars like was the hope and dream here for many.

Until I see it in a PR or out of Charles own mouth, I still refuse to believe Clone 3 is getting sold off as well in this deal.

That would leave ENZC with nothing. So where would the company be going then moving forward to hold any value?
