I was asking you about what YOU said: that if this SAGA deal goes thru~ which is supposed to include Enzolytics' mAbs per BEGN~ the only thing that Enzolytics Inc would be left owning is CLONE3. But isn't CLONE3 also an mAbs?, is my question to you, based on your previous comment. IF SO it would seem that CLONE3 is also included in this sale or SAGA deal.
However, as I've stated before, am thinking that in this SAGA deal, ENZC would retain majority ownership of the entire shabang, as Enzolytics Inc is to serve in the capacity of or as a holding company of it.
Please Note: Company News and Press Release of April 4, 2023, and many earlier similar reports that Enzolytics' PCT applications cover and claim the several highly conserved epitopes (virus sites) on the HIV virus and claim the monoclonal antibodies that Enzolytics is producing to target these epitope sites. The produced antibody that targets the site on the virus identified by the amino acid sequence Lysine Leucine Isoleucine and Cysteine (KLIC) is called Clone 3.
