And company legally taking out toxic loans. What’s the point ? Company is in control by making sure they update their investors and execute on their information they provide the public. They have not executed or are very late to execute those said promised and are delinquent in their filings (of which they promised it would be five days from the late filing). So not sure what sort of defense there is for the company.
More shares they allow to convert, the more shenanigans with the higher number of shares in the float.
