Am sure you have a quality mind. But, no way are they using AI to analyze the data. Because AI/ML are trained on previous data sets, it simply won't work in this case. It WILL work for marketing but won't work with regulators, If you are an insider then you should warn the company off this course, if that is what they are doing. Am pretty confident it is not what they are doing though.
