But what about Dr Lebby's quote? Why would HE think it was issued already? Or, did IR make up the quote and Dr Lebby signed off on it without seeing or hearing it?
The technology shows they continue to work on getting poling to be good enough. Will the "low heat" approach be good enough, or just better?
In any case, EVEN IF poling is now sufficient, as they have gone on record as saying they "believe" it to be, that doesn't mean they can scale. What OTHER processes are they struggling with that they haven't told us about?
