None of the mentioned people are involved in day to day operations. Heck ML doesn't even live in the same state as the company's HQ. ML also is so disconnected he doesn't know what's patented and what's not patented.

Shady operations and a cash grab for insiders who have never produced a dime of meaningful revenue from a commercialized product in over 3 decades.

During this 3 decades approximately $100 million has flowed from retail to insiders bank accounts through shady loan shark conduits such as LPC and now ROTH ATM share sales.
