Not all OTC stocks are scams, and not all know DTII is a SCAM.
The OTC is where many scam stocks live. To be clear, this is not to say that every penny stock or OTC company is a scam.
Some of the biggest, most respected foreign companies in the world list their U.S. shares over-the-counter instead of on the major U.S. exchanges as American Depository receipts
All US OTC are bad companies with bad management.
DTII is a SCAM. They have an unsaleable product, but keep pushing it for years.
DTII has issued many pump Pr's this year with no effect on the stock price.
Pump PR's do not work for DTII anymore.
