$GTII 1/2 Alpine case update. Alpine appealed judges decision to deny temporary injunction on 6/8(day after judges decision) That appeal now in US appeals court. Deadline to file arguments was yesterday. Both sides filed their arguments. Appeals judge now to review and decide

2/2 Hard to tell how long before they decide. Only new information in filings is FINRA expulsion hearing appears to have started on time before this. They estimate once this appeal is decided the hearing would take another 3-4 days to complete. So FINRA wasn't waiting to begin
