Hunter paid the taxes and fines and the gun nuts had to be pleased about probation on the gun charge. All misdemeanors, and if Hunter's last name wasn't Biden then no prosecution. That IS the history for such charges.
And Garland's reluctance to go after Trump for 1/6 for a full year blows the weaponization of the DOJ crap away too.

conix, Yet again you bleat without providing any evidence in support of your position. The plea deal under the guy Trump appointed to look after the case. Of course it should be accepted as having been done according to the law unless and until someone who has a right to be considered expert in the area provides a credible argument as to why it should not be seen as a fair and reasonable deal - under the law - as the law stands.
