All misdemeanors, and if Hunter's last name wasn't Biden then no prosecution. That IS the history for such charges.

And Garland's reluctance to go after Trump for 1/6 for a full year blows the weaponization of the DOJ crap away too.

So much losing for the GOP. Nothing to be sick about at all.
