I was an investor in a penny stock years ago that had all kinds of false press releases. The releases did not come from the owner of the company or the company directly. It came from a group of investors pumping the stock and dumping after it went up. They made many millions. The FBI had planted undercover agents who claimed to handle foreign brokerage accounts. They got caught by the undercover FBI agents, were all arrested and had their homes, cars, boats, money etc confiscated. That case is finally going to court this summer after 4 years
False news happens constantly with the stock market. I've been trading oil stocks for years and see the false press releases. I do not believe that VOIP patents or their court documents are falsified. The FBI is cracking down on stock pumping. I do believe that we will see this go past .30 this year, even if they have 5 billion shares out there.
Texas courts are the best chance we have.
