You are absolutely correct and it goes on all the time esp in the OTC stocks. But all my references were to things absolutely attributed to vplm or the Emu or one of the past or present BOD. It's a good point you made tho, because it illustrates that there are all sorts of pumpers or the opposite, that do not come from the company yet every single time someone suggest there is pumping going on, which there always is, someone steps up and inevitably says there's no evidence the company is pumping from reading the prs and I always think to myself, that's dumb because anyone in stocks for any significant time know that pumps come from all over the place, both paid and unpaid. And your right that if there is any collision, it's illegal.
But all my comments were about things directly tied to vplm and company.
