NWBO implies, but does not say with patent certainty, that they only plan to PR an approval? That's not clear, they didn't say for sure that they will or won't PR these events, you can't rely on that.

I know they only said that they will work on preparations for a submission in 2023 and will submit as soon as possible after that, but you dang well know what they meant!
