Apparently the Director of Investor Relations is fine with 30 cents a share when this drags into the Fall with no updates on the filing, while there’s continued cash burn and shareholder dilution.

This is like watching a dark comedy.

Thanks for sharing the news.
I feel like LP is doing something more important than filing for approval too.

Here is the description about Dr. Bosch planned to present first showed up in the beginning of April.

The presentation focuses on action mechanisms, immune responses, combination therapies, imaging analyses & manufacturing considerations.

But we didn't see the other three parts. Here are the comparisons about the same content between the present on March 15 and the one on June 3.

Clearly Dr. Bosch worked carefully page by page on his present. He even removed the shade of the frame in the new present. It is hard to believe that for a scientist as careful and as meticulous as he is, he would put the descriptions about his presentation back in April without careful planning. He must skip the three parts because of something important. I suspect we will know it soon.

[/I sent txt msg to

DI on Friday and asked: "will NWBO announce MAA filing or just the final approval?"

His response (with emphasis):
"What's more important ?!quote]

My first no brainer tells me that final approval of the MAA is more important than its submission and that NWBO perhaps changed its mind because some time ago one (or more) of the MB posters stated that DI said that the MAA submission is a material event and will be PRd. The "what's more important" quote suggests that only the final approval of the MAA will be announced.

OTOH, one can never take DI's straight forwardness for granted. Therefore I am also not sure whether DI's announcing the "final approval" really refers only to the approval of the MAA or just to the final approval of everything (MAA/BLA). The last possibility would imply that neither the MAA submission or acceptance will be announced.

Thanks survivor. I have always felt we would not hear about the application unless information was leaked by MHRA or anyone who are involved in the process. I don't think that is what he was saying though. It was rather cryptic. The people I know who have spoken to DI says he has never told them that they would PR application or approval of application. He has also not told them they would not be PR'ing them. I understand that there's some here who claims that he has told them they will and I can't say if they are telling the truth or not, because I was not privy to those conversations.

It has been a long time since I have communicated with DI, as I have found in the past that he has never been able to provide any information of value that wasn't known publicly. It is NOT his job to give out non-public information. It is his job as investor relations to inform people who know little about the company about what NWBO does and to relay them all the information that is already public knowledge. Since most people here already knows an amazing amount of information, due to the amazing DD that has been shared here and on Twitter and other social media platforms, we are not the target audience for his communications. His job is to remind people and us about the amazing progress that have already been detailed in PR's and quarterly statements. When people from this board calls, texts or email him with questions, he can only tell us what has already been made public.

The fact that he sometimes is cryptic in his responses is a little baffling to me as each of us will immediately apply our own agenda to the words we read. I don't think his response to Survivor should point us in any direction other than we don't know what they have decided to do when it comes to the PR's. He answered a question with a question that is somewhat deflecting the original question. JMHO

The latest negative diatribes from our angel investor advisors is that nwbo is a disiaster because they havent even filed for approvoal yet.
My theory is when we had volume trading move up along with share price we submitted. Perhaps just mhra but maybe multiple submissions via orbit.
Anyway its only common sense that we dont announce submitting and let the miscreants control the narrative while we wait for approvoal.
Dont forget big money controls the media market and narative while were on the otc
Personally now that we waited years to get where we are at and living through endless share price attacks on positive news I dont want an update on submission
I think 5 years ago Linda P said approvoals would happen out of the blue when the wolfpack didnt expect it. She also said I think 2018 she was setting a trap for the sharks.
And here we are billuon dollar lawsuit and 50% cure rate with polyicl

Geez, it's not a debate about submission or acceptance of review of MAA anymore? Now it's about approval. That's just nuts in my book. They would get a boost in share price with PRs of submission and acceptance of MAA which would enable better financings w the Fife crowd until they approbe the MAA. Oh well, if true.

Is this text real? I would love to see a screenshot of it.

My only other concern is if NWBO did file quietly, what will happen if it gets rejected for a trivial reason. How would the company communicate that to shareholders? Would NWBO tell us, fix the application, and not tell us again when they re-file, hoping that it gets accepted the second go around?

Not saying it will get rejected or anything, just playing devil's advocate.

So, here’s what they probably were doing, assuming your note from DI is accurate.

1. Submission: don’t tell public.
2. Acceptance: only tell public if rejected
3. Approval: wait until approval to tell public.

IMO, DI was full of it when he said they’d announce submission/acceptance, but they probably assume no longs will care about that shenanigan.

Still can’t understand why Les went on BB. Timing perhaps.

What matters most is there’s something to happen this 2023 with regards to MAA. Whether if it’s just acceptance or approval. If it’s only acceptance we will only going to wait few months to hear the results. If it approval results then much better. So long the ball is rolling it’s all good to me.

Btw this is what I get from him today,

“We stated at ASM that submission was on our plate as a goal for 2023. We also stated that MIA was on our plate for 2023 which we announced in March.”

Another vague response but as long as we will hear anything with regards to MAA it’s all good.
