How can you not respond to a local TV channel or refuse to talk to them when you are trying to start a franchise business

Chatter locally in investment circles is just that... we had/have the perfect forum to clear the air with favorable sentiments towards Unique as it's a Pittsburgh company... and yet... SILENCE grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I just talked with the company, and they did respond to the reporter, he just failed to mention that. The cease and desist order was for the original PA company, not the public Delaware company we are all invested in. I wouldn't even waste my time responding to this, just keep focused on more stores and financials.

Both of these companys (SLON and UPZS) have seen the handwriting on the wall with Fountain Capital and severed their relationships.

This just seems like a third rate local station trying for ratings. In the end, I still put the blame on the lady. Who buys stock from a telemarketer and then does DD after they already purchased it. As bad as Fountain Cap is, shame on her, she can only blame herself. It is still good stock, she just probably bought in a bit too high.
