Just slowed down the video and if you look closely, the lady in the story had 111 shares of Unique and a little over 800 shares of SLON!! Talk about newsworthy!! Probably less than $100 investment in both companies. Not to excuse Fountain for their behavior,and I woud never want to minimize anyone's investment, $100 to her maybe $10,000 to some, but give me a break. This certainly stinks of a network in desperate need of ratings. Just spoke to the company again and they reiterted the reported lack of response was a blatant lie. The company did prepare a response, the network just decided not to include it. Guess it made a better story if they didn't.
It is not worth the company spending money on a lawsuit or even entertaining a response, it is money and time that needs to spent on the things that matter, Financials and stores. Those are the things that will really imapact the stock.
