Rick has stated there would be a buyback, but he has not indicated how much money they'd be willing to spend on that, and he has to file paperwork prior to any buyback. If he bought back at this level, even 7 billion of the 8.2, that would cost him over $4 million dollars, but if he actually starts the buyback that will drive the price up and it would likely cost more than that amount and i don't think he intends on spending millions on a buyback, aside from that, he has also stated that there Will Be a RS so unless he rescinds/cancels that RS plan this will not do much of anything until all is known and completed.... but that's my opinion.
