There may be no news on the buy back until control is completed and the name change happens. Might as well sit back and snooze for a while and keep adding shares.
It seems to me the key here is that if there is in fact an RS, and this seems a certainty, that there won't be further dipping into the cookie jar and refilling the OS. If the purpose of the RS is just to qualify for another board, ok - then what's the problem? The market cap will remain the same.
A thought or two on the buyback - the shares bought back could be comfortably held by Rick/Byop and used for acquisitions or sold at high prices in increments years down the line while price goes up with a low float. Also, if they set out with a reasonable goal of buying back some billions at say an average of .001-2 the whole plan could come together quite nicely for us all.
There’s probably a good reason why they chose this shell and working with Tad. There may be some value in it that others have alluded to in the past. We have to trust in them to take care of the longs!
