Whomever is responsible for PR at Unique must have had a brain virus. How can you not respond to a local TV channel or refuse to talk to them when you are trying to start a franchise business from scratch? Even a "we are looking into it" would have been better than a stone wall. They can have the best product on the market, but it will mean nothing if the PR department spends it's time with thier heads stuck up the tail pipe of some racing truck.
