Yipes! That's a lot of questions.

Re: contract. Probably not. Internal Hydro did actually announce contracts were signed. It wasn't until they filed again that shareholders found out the contract was contingent on the customer finding a use for the product. Contracts with these companies I don't trust. Revenues showing up in the income statement carry more penalties if incorrect and therefore more weight with me if present.

I did lose some money on CDGT (Didn't I answer this for you before?). Overall, I've done very well whether that be to luck or whatever. Regarding my 'logic', if someone wants to tie that to CDGT, that's their choice.

As for Ron, I don't take him seriously. He just appears to be obsessed with me for whatever reason (love?). After a while he'll figure out he's wasting his time and find something else to obsess over.

Motivation: I'm here to see where this mini-Enron is going and maybe I can steer a few newcomers to think before they invest. I see what the company is doing and it pisses me off. I've seen friends get ripped of by financial advisors and I know there are a lot of dishonest people out there.

The company doesn't seem to have broken any laws but the way they mislead shareholders is very unethical. If push came to shove, they will just say, "We never said we had a substitute for diesel--we just said we could produce five gallons of biofuel from a bushel of soybeans while everyone else can only produce 1.5 gallons of biodiesel at the most from a bushel of soybeans.

paperprophet, some serious questions for you

when a contract is announced, are you then going to say how foolish the company contracting for the fuel and/or electricity is? since your other picks have been major flops such as CDGT, why should anyone listen to your logic or think that you know anything about business?

Lastly, I've been watching what's going on over on Ragingbull. I don't agree with the threats against you and think people are wrong to make such threats. But are you so intent on proving your point in a stock that you don't own that you are willing to put your family at risk? I don't understand your motivation. You think it's worth it just to have an argument? If you think there is some wrongdoing going on with this company why don't you report it to the SEC and let them handle it? Don't you think that if investors lost their money here due to illegal activity they would file a class action lawsuit? You wouldn't see a penny from that since you didn't invest, so again, what could motivate you to such an extreme degree?
