Moreover, far from showing a "weaponized" Justice Department, it shows a former president who did indeed violate the Espionage Act by taking boxes and boxes full of classified documents to his post-presidency home, and refusing to return them when asked to do so. Even when subpoenaed, he had his employees hide what he called "my boxes" in a bathroom accessible to just about anyone.
