Correct. The dismissal was for GVSI's appeal to get the restriction on GVSI's corporate actions lifted. The appeal was what was dismissed. The original SEC/FINRA restriction on GVSI's corporate actions still stands.

The dismissal is being intentionally distorted by some here.
