What nonsense. Shows a complete misunderstanding of the process. The "ruling" which I assume you are talking about the FINRA ruling, was NOT dismissed. The appeal to the SEC was withdrawn. Not sure how many times I have to explain this. The FINRA ruling stands, since the appeal to overturn it was withdrawn.
