Ummm what is the actual point of this diatribe? That DBMM is using a virtual office? Or that they were close to the toxic lenders, ie 17 miles? Who cares, NYC has 1,000 of companies within it. Why wouldn’t a lender be where ‘their business’ drives them? Much like DBMM, their product is digital media, do they really need a huge brick and mortar building to accomplish their business? No, they don’t.
