You can file an application at anytime to sell your product if you feel you have convincing data. Trials are stopped for efficacy because the sponsors feel they have convincing data.

I see NWBO filing for GBM and possibly for tissue agnostic based on past trial data. I would think MHRA is at least open to it. They are now discussing the mechanism of DCVax in their presentations. I think they know a great deal more than they knew years ago based on data. It would sure shorten the path to all solid cancers.

In the minds of the true longs, the approval was already granted. What will happen is just a formality.

Did I say a while ago that there was something very fishy in NVCR's CEO action? If SEC can do its job, this guy should be investigated.

Wow, how about that NVCR down 60% since last December, and how many people shorted this stock and made a mint:)
At least NWBO is moving in the right direction!
