Well that is what is going to happen. They are going to restructure by exercising the warrants and converting the spspa. The govt is going to get like 450b shares in the process. Existing common shares diluted down to current market price. The swipe complete. Good day sir

Although - as I stepped back and thought -- I could not think of a release (premature?) ---- that did not somehow deal with the SP and Capital Ratios and ?

There are many release or recap and release scenarios that suck ----- but I am not sure what premature means ?

If you are saying the GOV can release F and F in a way that screws us --- I fully agree - But I think it would be quite public and involve many separated steps?? IMO ??
