I like your post and its caution that beware what you wish in this crazy world

Although - as I stepped back and thought -- I could not think of a release (premature?) ---- that did not somehow deal with the SP and Capital Ratios and ?

There are many release or recap and release scenarios that suck ----- but I am not sure what premature means ?

If you are saying the GOV can release F and F in a way that screws us --- I fully agree - But I think it would be quite public and involve many separated steps?? IMO ??
