With $CNNA- What I noticed too was GEVI (as Otc pink current with Sec reporter) vs another OTC stock that’s current but only OTCpink current. Not a SEC filer. I will take the pictures and prepare a post but I think the visual will make it clear - that we found an example of a SEC FILER that didn’t verify their profile and still trades with quotations and no issues. I will make that my next post to provide a visual to support what appears to be a FACT. Not sure how they got that done - but that was TUCKER. So it definitely added to the validity of the DD with his claims. We just need the filings imo and it will validate enough to feel we are in good shape. It helps that we saw some large auditor bills and that we know he has done this before. IMO. But he must execute. They must execute. We are shareholders - and doing DD- can only rely on their execution IMO. Let’s have a great week.
***I think you’re onto something with these posts. You got me thinking and I took a look at Tuckers last company $GEVI. I notice GEVI is not a verified profile yet it’s completely OTC pink current and SEC filer. I was rather shocked to see that myself but it certainly is. It doesn’t have a verified profile and does trade CURRENT with quotes. So maybe - maybe this CEO Tucker is right.
When certain folk come with constant vitriol and bizarre hate in an attempt to sabotage a public trading company clearly under new ownership/management - it’s makes you wonder … maybe we have something going here that’s pretty special - and leading to jealousy and FUD behavior?
We get it - no stock is perfect. You can break apart Netflix in every way (on the financials) and yet they still issue a ton of stock and it trades $400 a share. It’s easy to find holes.
AS FOR $CNNA- The stock has traded above .01 for how long now ? WE KNOW FILINGS ARE ABOUT TO COME. It’s likely the FORM 10 That needs editing and so much data that they are waiting on if they are working already to upload the FILINGS. Imo- this will all happen this week. I’m hoping weds. I’m hoping tmrw they talk to us a lot and just walk us through to the finish.
THE ONLY THING I care about is the execution of the CURRENT $CNNA management. Any nonsense about people not even associated with this stock is just that - nonsense. If the current management doesn’t execute - it’s on them. I’m hopeful they will. That’s why I’m here.
Aside - The current directors of $CNNA- have no clue who Sharp or Sykes are and they don’t care. Only ones who care IMO- are retail that have been hurt by him/them at one point or another. And I wouldn’t put in past Sharp to try and sabotage $CNNA illegally too. His track record with his 3 latest companies speak for themselves. IMO- he should be focused on his own companies and protecting who is left of his shareholders that have been hurt tremendously by custodianship failures, moves to expert market and reverse splits. That is not the resume - of someone who should be bashing other stock managements IMO.
Hope we get some more communications today and and we start to test higher. The volume and power so far have been incredible. I tend to be a very patient person - so I’m just sifting my thumbs waiting for filings. I feel strongly this is the week and just hope to wake up on day this week and see the audits and smile.
