When I discovered that they filed with the state, I realized these guys are serious about the business. My first purchase was at .0028, although I could have bought at .0015, but I chose not to because nothing is set in stone yet. Talk is cheap actions speak louder than words. I have consistently supported the bid all the way up, even as high as .0135. Initially, I was expecting them to file the Form 10-Q and 10-K last week. People keep talking about Form 10 made me think and do a deeper check to ensure I made the right choice. After all, I have invested a significant amount of money here, and I can't afford to make another wrong call. If Form 10 doesn't need to be verified, then we are good to go. However, Tucker needs to step up and fulfill his promises. To be honest, at this point, I need to take a step back and see if the management executes their game plan. Frankly speaking, I don't care about how others are bashing the stock. I have done my homework carefully and made sure everything meets my requirements. That is all that matters in my book. Everything else is just background noise.
