It's just the way this stuff works.

Black has been in trouble with SEC recently. Needs to pay fines. Is this a last ditch effort on this ticker to cash out?

Our $CNNA filings are under attorney review. Tomorrow we will be having the Edgar filer work with SEC to fix the last 8k glitch so we do not run into that problem with filing the Form 10. Managing shareholder expectations for tomorrow but we are super close.
