So then who made OWCP fail? I'm assuming it was the toxic loan. What are the chances Ziv and MF bring that cream to reality?

I was heavily invested in OWCP for two products... The cream (because I suffer from psoriasis) and the sublingual tablet.

Why can't Ziv and MF bring the cream out under CATV or a new ticker. Seems like it still has a heartbeat.
