Let me break down your post with my thoughts:

It wasn't just the loan. All the company was was a research company. Without any actual revenues the company was doomed to fail anyways. And as we know, research doesn't pay the bills. Nor is there a guarantee that the research will be positive. On top of that, we are talking about patents that have to do with cannabis. Cannabis is still very much illegal everywhere or is limited.

What are the chances Ziv and MF bring that cream to reality?

Well, let me say this... the cream itself is a reality.

I think what you mean is the reality of bringing it to the masses (consumer).

IF Feldenkrais is being truthful and IF the cream efficacy is sufficient then maybe it will have a chance at becoming a viable product. But it would take a good size of capital and a willingness of leadership to actually bring it to market (barring regulations from federal and state governmental departments).

However, that doesn't mean it will be available to people. If medical marijuana isn't legal where a person lives then it's no good to them. And you can't bring illegal substances across state borders so the actual manufacturing of the product would have to happen in that state. Which would be cost prohibitive.

Why can't Ziv and MF bring the cream out under CATV or a new ticker. Seems like it still has a heartbeat.

I'm sure they would love to do that. And I am sure if the opportunity presented itself down the road they will.

It only has a heart beat if it's real. But I need evidence first.
