That’s incorrect as the SEC has to review it and ask questions if necessary meaning it’ll be on EM for a bit unless they submit filings through OTCM which they said they won’t via Twitter so PC will likely be in August from the FORM 10 unless they accelerate it
The audit will be in the FORM 10 not a 10-Q or 10-K so it’ll still take 60 days as on OTCM it’ll be labeled as “dark or defunct” and not “delinquent SEC” in two weeks time
