2 year audited financials with the SEC in a Form 10, trumps and eliminates any OTC markets authority to move CNNA to expert markets. In fact all OTC markets asks for is un-audited stuff. 2 Years of Audited financials is way more than OTC asks for.
One might want to consult real SEC attorneys, SEC and OTC staff and ask for their legal opinions, and citations blow by blow on SEC and OTC letter heads signed by SEC and OTC attorneys, backing up your claims.
