1) The OTC updates CNNA in 24 hours to Pink Limited, with no timer or scary tags, simply by filing the Form 10.

2) Folks may have missed a key fact, that the audit covered 2 years, not just one. One ending in Feb 2022, and one ending in Feb 2023. That is a key part of it.

3) You can always cover shorts, if you are fast at .05 or .10/share and go long 5 to 10 times higher prices, depending on if you cover as soon as the Form 10 is filed, or a day later when scary tags vanish and CNNA goes to at least Pink Limited.
