VTLE is cheap, expecting Opec+ to hold

steady on production targets

over the weekend...

Saudi Arabia will use about 300,000

bbls/day or more for cooling between

June and September above the norm...

Other Middle East countries and South

American countries use more energy

in summer to cool,,,

but most of those will use more natural

gas in summer than oil...

Russia may be slipping some oil into

shipments under other Opec country

flags to keep their exports moving...

A country like Venezuela is years and

mega dollars away from increasing

their oil production...

There is one to watch...

Some country just needs to fib on

what false flag is moving the Russian

oil to get it stopped...

And not risk dipping production lower

now with demand so high...

VTLE net oil production could be nearing

45,000 bbls/day in 3rd quarter,2023

if/when next deal closes in June...

VTLE as operator could be producing

oil in a range of 48,000 to 50,000

bbls. of oil per day...

If next deal closes and production levels

don't encounter any snafus...

NOG will be a 30% partner in pending

deal slated for June closing...

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nog-announces-joint-acquisition-forge-201100613.html

VTLE pr was more conservative on the

oil percentage at about 65%...

NOG projected 79% oil percenatge

in their pr on deal pending...with

projection of NGLs omited...

VTLE could see Capex expenses of

roughly 18 million per quarter on the

new property based off NOG projections...

Capex expenses are subject to possible

change with oil price fluctuations...
