Whenever you state that something is not being addressed, stop, think about, which Party tries to address and which Party blocks those efforts.

Biden's record so far is one of trying and mostly succeeding. Look at the Bills, look at the blocking of the GOP efforts to wreck the economy. Watch the reaction of the far right to not getting all that they demanded.

The GOP will NEVER look at revenue enhancements, tax hikes on corps and on the wealthy, despite the evidence from American economic history of greater economic equality and economic growth under much higher tax rates before Reagan.

The Supreme court made a decision called Citizens United where money is speech and corporations have people. Hence unlimited amounts of money can be raised. Dems have never been able to get passed the Senate for any reforms although they have tried. To change in the future they need a majority in house and senate. In the Senate they need to change the filibuster rules (keep the filibuster but change it so that at least 4 members of the majority party must be part if it). If that happened you would see many changes moving forward to make us a better country.
