There were issues out of their control that limited it's completion - The Covid, travel restrictions, Avian Flu, Jeffery Epstien's grounded plane, The Black Plague, Timber shortages (ie. toilet paper shortages), 911, Megan Markel... the list goes on. $22 Billion and can't find a firm that can complete an audit in a year at minimum. Hmmmm...
